Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if it has not been shipped.

Your payment will not be processed until the order is shipped.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.
For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost of $20.
For standard domestic shipping, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

For expedited shipping, orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Please allow 2-3 days for the UPS Express Shipping option.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the shipping date to request a return, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn or unused, and with tags attached. For more details, please visit our Return Policy.

Any shipping fees are final and will not be refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@be-mist.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
